About Working With Me

I was called into the healing arts through my own lived experience with mental health challenges as a teenager and young adult. I know firsthand what it is like to navigate the mental health system, to carry trauma, and to search for real, lasting healing.

That path shaped me deeply.

​

After moving through systems that at times left me feeling more disconnected, I made a commitment to be part of a different kind of care — one that is grounded, compassionate, and truly supportive. A space where people can feel safe, seen, and met as whole human beings.

​

I come to this work with humility, deep empathy, and genuine care. I don’t see myself as separate from you — but as someone who has devoted my life to healing, and to supporting others in finding their own path back to themselves.

Together, we walk you home to yourself.

In our sessions, you are invited to slow down, cultivate safety, and reconnect with your body. This work is not about pushing or fixing, but about creating the conditions for your system to unwind, integrate, and come back into balance.

Clients often share that they feel deeply seen, supported, and able to access parts of themselves they haven’t been able to reach elsewhere. Together, we gently reconnect with what may have been silenced, lost, or held beneath the surface — while also clarifying the life and direction you want to move toward.

​

Along the way, I offer practical tools, skill-building, and ongoing support to help you integrate what emerges and bring it into your daily life.

​

My approach is rooted in a deep respect for the innate intelligence of the body and its capacity to heal. With over a decade of experience in somatic work, I support healing at both the physical and emotional levels — working with the nervous system, stored patterns, and embodied experience.

In our sessions, we intentionally slow the pace. Through mindful pauses and somatic awareness, you are able to notice, feel, and stay present with what arises. This creates space for integration — allowing the body to process and release what it has been holding. From this place, change becomes more sustainable and aligned.

This work is not about becoming someone new — it’s about returning to who you already are, beneath the layers of protection, adaptation, and past experience.

From that grounded place, life begins to feel more open, authentic, and fully lived.

I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan School of Social Work, where I developed a strong foundation in ethical, client-centered psychotherapy and a commitment to serving individuals and communities with integrity.

I have worked as a child and family therapist within a community mental health setting, supporting youth and families with complex needs. In this work, I created a holistic, client-centered space that empowered individuals and families to identify solutions and make meaningful, lasting changes within their lives and relationships.

How you breathe is how you live. Through breathwork, I support you in regulating your nervous system, releasing stored tension, and shifting patterns held in the body and subconscious. This work creates space for greater resilience, clarity, and ease. Breathwork can help restore balance in the body, support the integration of past experiences, and reconnect you to a deeper sense of vitality and presence.

I offer Akashic Record readings as part of my work. In these sessions, I attune to soul records that often reveal the deeper patterns and themes within your life, offering insight, clarity, and reflection to support your healing and growth. This work is grounded, collaborative, and intended to help you reconnect with your own inner knowing.
